Journey in Faith / RCIA

The “Journey in Faith Programme”, officially referred to as the “Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults”, is a major event in the life of our Pastoral Area.

Journey in FaithEvery year we run a series of evening meetings, when we invite those who want to know more about the Catholic Church, to come together, share and talk about a particular subject relevant to the life of the Catholic Church.

Those who attend may be those who are interested in “converting”, that is, those who wish to change their faith to become a member of the Catholic Church, or those adults who wish to be baptised for the very first time.

Alternatively there may be parishioners who just want to come along and deepen their knowledge of the Catholic Church today; or you might be someone who has drifted away from the church and wants to find a way back to the full living out of your catholic faith.

Whatever you are seeking or searching for in life, we would love to invite you to come along to the Journey in Faith.  The Course began on Wednesday 1st October and is meeting on the following dates ….

  • 8th October, 15th October and 22nd October
  • 5th November, 12th November, 19th November and 26th November
